Fluorine rubber as a special synthetic rubber, it has excellent high temperature resistance up to 200℃ long-term use, chemical resistance, oil resistance and other properties.
At present, it is widely used in aerospace, industrial manufacturing, automobile manufacturing, military manufacturing, electronics, ships.
Our company's FKM can be divided into three major vulcanization: 1, amine vulcanization system; 2, bisphenol sulfide system; 3, peroxide curing system.
Amine vulcanization system: 1, vulcanization speed; 2, high mechanical strength; 3, excellent adhesion; 4, compression permanent deformation
Bisphenol vulcanization system: 1, compression permanent deformation is small; 2. Good scorch stability; 3, good heat resistance
Peroxide vulcanization system: 1, good drug resistance; 2, good steam resistance; 3, can reach food grade; 4, high mechanical strength
